Start in a minute

  1. Open the app

Click Open the app. It runs in your browser, on your phone or your computer. There’s nothing to download and no account to make.

  2. Tell it about you

Type your name, the habit you’re tracking and a monthly limit, then choose a 4-digit PIN.

  3. Tap when it happens

Each time you slip, open it and tap GUILTY. That’s all. The hearts and the week chart fill in by themselves.

The seven-day chart: 4 slips in the last 7 days, 3 fewer than the week before, with a bar for each day

Put it on your home screen

Add it to your home screen and it opens like a normal app, full screen, even with no internet. New versions arrive by themselves.

Android phone
Open the app in Chrome or Edge, tap the menu button at the top right, then Install app.
iPhone or iPad
Open the app in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen.
Computer
In Chrome or Edge, click the install icon at the right end of the address bar, or use the app’s menu and choose Install app.

Private, for real

Stays on your device
Everything you enter is kept on your phone or computer only. Nothing is uploaded, there’s no account and no tracking.
Locked with your PIN
It asks for your PIN every time you open it. Choose Lock now in the menu to lock it straight away.
Guessing doesn’t work
After 7 wrong PINs you get a warning. On the 10th, everything is erased.
Panic button
One button at the bottom erases everything at once. It asks you to confirm first.

Because nothing is stored online, there’s no backup. Clearing your browser’s data, or switching to another phone or browser, starts you fresh.
